AR50 FLOORING SYSTEM
The AR50 flooring system from ArsRatio was specially designed for maximum durability under the heaviest* loads. With heavy-duty, 30 mm-thick elements, AR50 floors are ready for extreme traffic as a reliable base for applications that see heavy traffic — such as food and beverage, retail, sales floors, office spaces, hotels, restaurants, public buildings, and trade show exhibitions. AR50 flooring uses 600 x 600 mm elements and even allows you to drive lift trucks and forklifts over it including payloads of up to 1000 kg.* AR50 flooring is available in 12 standard colors (see below), additional color combinations are available upon request.
The surface material (tile) for the AR50 elements mounts onto a base layer of gypsum fiber. Next, we add pre-fabricated joints using a proprietary process that employs highly crosslinked, durable polymers specially developed for ArsRatio. The installation of the full-perimeter locking mechanism completes the system element. With the floor’s patented system of interlocking joints, individual elements quickly click into place and are ready to accept loads immediately after installation.
Customers can purchase a wide range of accessories to complement their AR50 flooring systems including cable channels and grommets for power or data cables.

As a result of the patented interlocking mechanism, our flooring systems install in a snap with no adhesives, grout, dust, dirt, or lengthy drying times. Large surfaces install very rapidly — and the best thing is, it can be done while your business remains open.
